Create an Operation Manual in 3 Steps

From install to Notion save in under 5 minutes

STEP 01

Install, Sign In & Connect Notion

Add the extension from the Chrome Web Store. Sign in with Google, then link your Notion workspace.

1Search for "Notion Manual Maker" on the Chrome Web Store
2Click "Add to Chrome"
3Click the toolbar icon → "Sign in with Google"
4Click "Connect" → log in to Notion
5Authorize workspace access and you're done
STEP 02

Click Through Your Screen

Press "Start Recording" to enter recording mode. Just click each part of the screen you want to document.

1Press "Start Recording" — the screen dims slightly
2Click step ① location → screenshot + arrow auto-generated
3Continue clicking steps ②③…
4Press Esc or "Stop Recording" to finish
STEP 03

Save to Notion

Add labels to each step and click "Save to Notion". Image blocks + text are automatically added to your chosen page.

1Enter labels in the step list in the popup (optional)
2Enter a page title (auto-filled with date if omitted)
3Click "Save to Notion"
4Image + text blocks added to your Notion page

Document Any Windows App

No Chrome needed. Works with Excel, PowerPoint, and any Windows application.

STEP 01

Download & Install

Download the installer from the GitHub Releases page and run it.

1Download the latest .exe from GitHub Releases
2Run the installer
3The app icon appears in the system tray when ready
STEP 02

Sign In & Connect Notion

Sign in with Google and connect your Notion workspace. Using the same account as the extension will sync your Notion connection automatically.

1Click "Sign in with Google"
2Use the same account as the extension (recommended)
3Notion connection syncs automatically — or click "Connect" to link manually
4Authorize Notion workspace access
STEP 03

Click Through Your Screen

Press "Start Recording", then click each part of any Windows app you want to document.

1Press the "Start Recording" button
2Click through any Windows application
3Press Esc or "Stop Recording" to finish
STEP 04

Save to Notion

Save to Notion the same way as the extension. You can also generate AI captions.

1Optionally generate AI captions
2Click "Save to Notion"
3Image + text blocks added to your Notion page
